Burn permits are required for burning on all non-agricultural properties. Burn permits currently are FREE and valid for one calendar year. Fill out the application and email it to firemarshal@upperpinefpd.org with the subject Burn Permit Request.

Once you have submitted your application, you will be notified by email, phone, or in person whether your permit application has been approved and advised as to where you may pick up your signed permit. In some instances, your proposed location may need to be inspected before permit approval.
